    Excellent mod I just have one small problem, it works in agricultural areas and unzoned areas, but as soon as I put C or R zones or parks next to the street, they revert to the standard maxis streets. Anyone ideas what could be causing this? it is the absolute LAST mod to load in my plugins folder

    Baltimore and Washington D.C., these pics arent mine, but Its where I live, and where I get my inspiration I believe something like 90% of the city's housing is rowhomes, so it wouldnt be a pic of baltimore without the iconic rowhomes Downtown DC reminds me more of a European city versus an american city because of the height restrictions, instead of a few tall buildings, there are many mid-rise buildings like this Yet the suburbs look like this:

    the new layout is really nice. It must have taken a TON of time to mod IP board to look and work this way. It is slow, but I think thats because it hasnt been fully optimized yet. I dont quite think I like the STEX though, also dirk, would it be possible to add a line, similar to the LEX, for if and when you downloaded a file off the stex? I know it would take time, and may not be feasible with the amount of files on the STEX, but just a suggestion
