I live in Seattle, and I'd say less than 10% of the roads here are four-laners. We have a lot of side streets and other things. And if you live in a town with 90% of the roads four-laners, you might need to have a chat with your head traffic engineer or mayor, because no roadworks should ever be like that. You might be inflating that 90% a lot. 90% would mean if you selected ten roads at random, chances are nine of them would have four-lanes. That's just not possible. Cute town.

It's a somewhat new lot on the LEX. Should be just a couple of pages deep in there.

Well, you're almost correct on Toronto being the centre of the universe. Rugby, North Dakota is the geographic centre of North America, and North America is the centre of Earth, and Earth is the centre of the solar system, and our solar system is the centre of the universe. At least it is to most SUV drivers.. And Toronto is only about 750 east of Rugby, ND. Can't get much closer. Lovely project you have going. I'll check back from time to time.

I have tried using a smaller brush but it takes for ever to try to dense up a 1 tile wide line. ---------------- The zone map is found under the data view menu, by selecting Zones. A map will appear out of the menu showing the zone map of the city. He probably put the trees in there before zoning, since the zones overtake the trees when they are plotted after trees have been plotted.
