  11. I played Simcity deluxe on the iPhone, it is exactly like 4, except for a few differences.

      It's kinda the same thing. Rush Hour is an expansion pack to the original game, though. So, go with Deluxe, unless you already have "SimCity 4" without Rush Hour.
