I'm not sure about you guys, but I'm looking forward to 53 west 53rd street, "Tower Verre". It remains an open lot still, since funding is still under dispute. It's also gone through series of design changes, and the latest design is not up to par with the original renderings, mostly because the height was reduced by a couple hundred feet.

Carnegie 57. Or One 57. It's a 1000 foot residential skyscraper near central park (tallest residential skyscraper in the U.S) It's still under construction, with most of the exterior complete. Originally I wanted to BAT this building a couple month back, but I've had some setbacks, and to be honest, I probably never will BAT it. So I'm happy you picked it up Parisian, this building is a soon to be NYC landmark (I hope). Although, Parisian, I think you should create more curvature on the tip of the building.

I speak for no one but myself when I say this, but I think it's a nice gesture, but doesn't necessarily serve any particular purpose and it certainly doesn't make it any better when you aren't exactly fluent in English, granted that's not your fault but still.

God I just cringe when I look through this thread to see how dumb I sounded and too think that was me only 2 years ago. Anyways, although I won't have any renderings readily available for some time since I'm trying to adjust myself to the 3Ds Max software; I wanted to make a reappearance to the NYBT sub-forum with this post. In case some of you are concerned with what I am working on at the moment, I'm recreating One 57 (Carnegie 57). A 1005 foot residential skyscraper 2 blocks from Central Park; the buildings itself is still under construction but by the time I even figure out all the miscellaneous tools of 3Ds max, its facade should be finished. I'd like to start off my City Journal by saying " I know there are similar Cj's already " but i thought to myself I shouldn't make a city if no one was going to see it. I started it about a year ago but was discouraged from the ammount of New York Cj's there were already on Simtropolis, so I didn't share it with everyone else. Lucky7 is my inspiration to make my city in the first place, I'd also like to thank the NYBT for all their bating on New York, and every other NYC Bat'er. I daily go to Manhatten since I live in Queens. I can see New York the way google maps can't So with out further ado, I will show you my current progress. This is my street layout so far. I think it looks fantastic. I'm wondering how you're going to pull the fountain off. Also. there's a building that shares a city block with One Chase Plaza, will you be BAT'ing that as well? One last thing though, I feel like the windows are too small, in pictures they seem longer.

This is actually my creation, I don't think I'll be finishing it considering my Sim City 4 copy doesn't work anymore. But it was fun working on it lol. Lucky7's NYC creation is much better so go check his out.
