    Thanks Moose. digging around it seems ONLY explorer.exe is missing. I'm going to try borrowing my friends XP disc and tyring to repair it. But I already backed up my files, I can use my pc just fine, there just isnt an explorer. I even played SC4 last night to clear my mind. Its a pain in the ass to back them up, since i have to use task manager's 'new task' menu, the "open" diag thing. I backed them all up to a flash drive, going to see if I can fix it before I wipe it.     I don't like the ground textures. I hate Maxis parking lot textures used as parking lots. The only thing they are good for is sidewalks. I'm going to download it and change the textures:P but I like the BAT. 4/5 - 8/10
