I don't believe UDI has been implemented into this game, but as these videos show you are able to follow vehicles around the city (just not control them) Thanks for clearing things up mate.

If you are totally new to this game there are several pinned threads you need to browse through. They will help you get organized. You might also want to wander through my private web site. Not everything in there is relevant, but the Images page has several city images I've published, and there is a tutorial as well as a rather detailed look at Fisherman's Bay, one of my cities from last summer. All the inter-page links are at the bottom of the index page. Most of them have a homing link. You might find some of the other stuff interesting as well. Help yourself. hello everyone!~ new to the forum I was hoping if anyone could share any city layouts before you start zoning?
