    Okay thanks i will try these options yes it affects all regions only when i enter a city then save and leave if a region is untouched there is no blurry cities.

    1920 x 1080 which is recommened for my pc and monitor When i changed to software rendering i couldnt play sC4 the screen went really small for some reason and i had to reinstall the game
