Many players want to build realistic cities. No problem with this. Some of them however believe that Simcity 4 is not a game, but a rocket-science level reality simulator and any "mistake" is unaccetable, especially futuristic-unrealistic style of gaming. Fortunately the game itself is still too funky, no matter the "realistic" mods and buildings. Here is an example. This Sim parked his/her car in a small parking place, enjoyed a small walk to the park and home, sweet home. The next day, Sim takes his/her car from just outside the house to go to the work. The explanation? Artificial inteligent car! No way to futurism, futurism is the way!!!

I have an idea. It;s possible to make buildings really big (30x30 tiles) but with only a 1x1 lot, if the rest "building" is a prop. So zone a small area with residential and commercial buildings, make as a prop a really giant structure, add it at a 1x1 lot with the Lot Editor, build it in the zones and voil

"And one last important point, make it realisitc." I will disagree a bit. Usually something realistic = something boring. The best way to make beautiful cities is to free your mind. Think outside of the box, make plenty of experiments and let your heard leads you. It's your city, your rules. And remember, it's a game and not quantum science ;-)

Hello Some musics that Simcity has are great, but not all. I would like to know if i could replace some of the default songs or to add extra songs. I like Vangelis and Jean michel Jarre and i am interest to put some of their songs to the Simcity music list. Is this possible? Thanks for the answers and sorry if my english are terrible. I am so upset for this that sometimes i was think about removing thw game and never play it again. No matter that i do, the game crashes without any reason. It's because of the dust insite the computer? I have N.A.M. but i know that puzzle pieces crashes the game when they are over transit enable lots. I removed many buildings, i check my plugins, no problem. I have the updates but still nothing. I have only Simcity running but it still crashes. Can somebody please help me?
