    i don't really know how to describe it. whenever i place this lot a valley is created automatically at the same place where the parking area of this lot is. like the ground wants to eat the parking area. i can fix this using the terrain levelling tool, but i'd prefer it would work properly

    looks very good, but it doesn't work properly for me. at the place where the parking lot is the terrain is lowered and something like a gap appears :( i do have the buildings&props files from maxis, do i need other files to get this lot to work properly?
