EMT EMS Ambulances Automata models created by Swamper77 Original models made by Ripptide This download contains a pair of EMT EMS Ambulances that I have created from Ripptide's emergency vehicle models that he sent me. There are 2 versions, one with blue lights and one without blue lights. The ambulances have a custom headlight model for nighttime driving. They also have custom models for the flashing lights. There are two sets of vehicles, one set that replaces the default ambulance and one set of 2 additionals. The additionals are accessed through the default ambulance icon in the UDI Menu. The game will randomly choose between the default and the additionals when you choose to do UDI with the ambulance or when it spawns them near hospitals. There is a readme in the zip file. I suggest you read it before installing the files. The file that is in the "Global" folder must be installed or you will have multi-color patches on the sides of the ambulance(s). This download is obsolete and no longer supported This is not a lot, but it is a mod that makes several lots properly when they are all present on your machine. This file allows for several seaport type lots to function together without conflict. In their current state, the seaport lots on the STEX do not function with other seaport lots because they all modify the same file. This file was created to address this issue. The dat file should be placed in a folder named "ZZZ_Mods" in the MyDocsPlugins folder to work properly. PEG has found an issue with one of the airport packs and my file and this is his recommendation for installing my file. I would recommend that you move all of your seaport and airport pack files to the game's Plugins folder to prevent any other conflicts. Please read the Readme that is included in the zip. Version 2: Botched update: Nothing changed Version 3: File has been replaced with the correct version which removes un-necessary files after a long discussion that I had with PEG.The extra files caused MrTrueSage's Seaport Mod to not function correctly and messed up the default seaports. American Fire Department Units Detailed Models created by Ripptide Automata Models created by Swamper77 This download contains a collection of American Fire Department Units. Most of the units are additionals, which means they will appear in addition to the default fire truck. There is also a folder of replacement units that will replace the default fire truck. The available choices are: - Rural Fire Truck - Pumper Unit 1 - Ladder Unit The additionals will appear at random when you plop a fire station, dispatch a fire truck, or do UDI with the fire truck. The Fire Chief's car is an additional car that is available once a fire station exists. There isn't a mission script for it at this time and it cannot be dispatched. It has its own icon in the Land Vehicle UDI Catalog. All previous fire stations will need to be replopped for the fire chief's car to appear near them. -

For your particular setup, you will need to make the embankment 2 tiles wider. The game does not allow networks to be directly on top of tunnels. So you will need to have 4 tiles between the slopes that will be along side the network on the embankment. -Swamper77

Temporarily remove the "Oneway Arrows Reduction" files from the June 2007 NAM from your plugins folder. Something about these files prevents that intersection from being made. -Swamper77

Someone else will have to create the models for the clumps of trees for that to happen, but it could be done. Flora modding is outside of my modeling and modding abilities. -Swamper77

This has been asked several times before and with the same answer given: No. The auto-street behavior of the RCI zones is controlled by the EXE and we do not have permission from EA to modify it. Please stop asking for this because it cannot be done. -Swamper77

I would recommend not using these kinds of mods that require RPatch to work. They are rather old and modify the game's core files. And the only way to remove their effects is to reinstall the game. I suggest you download mods that come in a DAT format instead of a KBI format. The KBI files were created before we had an understanding of the game's file formats and the DAT format that is now frequently used for distributing mods. -Swamper77 -
The Maxis marina requires a specific height above the water for the dock to show properly. Try raising the land and replopping the marina. -Swamper77

One of the downloaded stuff is the seaport. The icon of that seaport is in the "seaport" menu - and it is ok. But the same icon is in the "train" menu. When applying updates, the updater(s) reset your graphic settings to "Low". You will have to set them back to "High". -Swamper77 -

That is a video card problem. I had similar issues with the ATI video card I used to use. I switched Nvidia and haven't seen those sorts of problems since. One of the video card gurus will have to help with this to help you configure your system to fix the problems. -Swamper77 -

Never modify the game's DAT files! You should copy the specific exemplars you are editing to a new DAT file with the Reader and save the new DAT file, which will load after the game's files. If the mods you downloaded were KBI files, you should not use them. They modify the game's DAT files and you will have to reinstall the game in order to remove their effects on the game. -Swamper77 -
