I dont know wtf it is. I have done Software Rendering, Single CPU, Nothing WORKS!!!! Dangit I cant play for 5 Seconds without a CTD. Literally..... Its pointless to even load the game. Gosh It erks me.

In SC3000 You had to build the pump next to water, and if it was water it had to be clean water, If its salt water you needed the distillation plant. To Build a Bridge you just drag the road in a straight line to the other side and wait for it to turn blue. You have to make sure the land is smooth enough.

No In that case it would look like this "[see Below]" Make sure you have the dependencies installed (like someone else stated) "C:\Program Files (x86)\Maxis\SimCity 4 Deluxe\Plugins" (For x64)(64-Bit) "C:\Program Files\Maxis\SimCity 4 Deluxe\Plugins" (For x86)(32-Bit)

Where is this Option for a nVidia 9700m GT? I Cant find it anywhere I know this is a permanent fix, Alot of people have said it worked.

Yea, im downloading the NAM 2009 Update for June & its acting really slow. I have about 1yr 30d left in the process. This really hurts lol. -

I wish SC4 Was like SC3000, When it was abandoned the Neghiborhood looks VERY Run Down, I miss that. Then When New development started, the buildings came back. I wish it was like that in SC4. -
