Well, this is my fourth BAT lot for SimCity 4. I'm really getting the hang of GMAX now . Hmmm. Judging by the colors, it looks like something Fisher Price would make . Anyway, this is a nice little 2X2 ploppable residential lot. It doesn't cost anything and there's no monthly cost. I did this because of one reason. I'm trying to get the hang of the BAT editor and how to make things growable (Which I could probably do if anyone suggests), and where's it's a small lot, I don't want it to cripple your budgets . Don't let the tiny size fool you, this house holds up to 20 sims. You could more or less call it a frat house if you wanted to . My favorite part about this lot is how secluded it looks with all the trees around it. I know that I'd personally like a little home like this. Naturally, any comments or suggestions are welcome. And I must note that there is actually night lights, even though you can't really see them on the second screenshot. Enjoy! -

I know this doesn't come even remotely close to the Philadelphia Museum of Art, so I didn't call it a replica. This is only my third BAT lot uploaded to this site, I thought and I'd give it a shot. It's definitely a lot of work. It's in your educational toolbar and it's naturally a museum. Right now, it's only $2000 to plop, and $500 to bulldoze. It's an 8X7 lot. Like I said, it's only my third lot. So naturally, any comments and suggestions are greatly helpful. Thanks guys -

Hey there, long time no see! This is my first lot using the BAT, I'm still feeling my way around Gmax, so this is a little bit of a good start for me I think, especially since I made something I love reading about in the papers. . Anyway, since the lot's my first try and not much I should still remind it's a large one, it doesn't cost anything to plop, there's no water or power needed either. But it could be found in your parks menu. Like I said, I'm just testing the water here. So go ahead and make your comments. I din't mind if they're good or bad. But If you like the subject of crop circles like I do, enjoy . I'm definitely going to have to make more of these! -
Building Log: World Trade Center (Pre-9/11)

Holy crap dude! I knew someone would eventually build the towers when the BAT was available. But I never expected something like this! I can't get over the detail and obviously the hard work you've put into this project. I can't wait to download it. Naturally I agree with a lot of people when I say this is probably going to be the most downloaded BAT on Simtropolis. Awesome, awesome, awesome work! Keep it up! -

This originally was supposed to be an update to my rowhome lot as where I had many positive feedbacks and requests to make the lot plopable. And thank you Qwerty697 for giving me some hints. So with that in mind, to celebrate this as being technically my first RCI plopable lot (Maude's Reindeer says thanks to GrandpaAl ), I give you 3 PLOPABLE R$$ LOTS in one download. All the rowhome lots' properties are the same, being that the lots each hold up to 100 sims. There is no plop or monthly cost to build them. If you decide to bulldoze, it will only cost you $200. Pollution is very low too. The main reason there's three lots is because naturally I wanted pure eye candy. I wanted each one looking different. Plenty of trees, lots of kids playing, etc. And unlike the previous lot, this time I captured something that's quite common in rowhome living...side streets with the odd game of stickball...and parked cars all the way down. The lots in general are very desirable to your residents with an amount of 60, and a radius of the same. Lot sizes are: RowhomeA - 6x4, RowhomeB - 4x6, RowhomeC - 6x4. The lots can be found in your Landmarks Menu. I'm quite pleased with the way it turned out. I hope you are too. Good Luck! -

This lot was inspired by footage of the infamous outdoor hockey game between the Edmonton Oilers and the Montreal Canadiens. The fans didn't care about the weather, and that only proves that a real Hockey fan would be willing to freeze their ass off to see their team play. I decided to bring this to SimCity 4. The lot is a Major League Stadium that will not replace the original Baseball Stadium, and it's cheaper to build: Plop cost: $22,000 Bulldoze: $2,220 Monthly cost: $240 A couple of notes...When you download this building, make sure you also have the Rockefeller Winter Landmark available at the Maxis website, or else the rink prop will be a no-show. When you first plop the lot, the rink won't be there right away, but don't panic...just keep an eye on your date on the bottom left hand corner. When the date rolls over into November, the rink will be there for the season. Good Luck and happy plotting.
