  1. Little Victorian House

morhavoc - Oh my, even though the styles are different, I feel like a copycat now. Before I uploaded this lot, I didn't realise you had made a few of your own Victorian lots. Sorry! :P. Your lots are nice looking by the way :). I think I'll rate yours too!

Well, this is my fourth BAT lot for SimCity 4. I'm really getting the hang of GMAX now . Hmmm. Judging by the colors, it looks like something Fisher Price would make . Anyway, this is a nice little 2X2 ploppable residential lot. It doesn't cost anything and there's no monthly cost. I did this because of one reason. I'm trying to get the hang of the BAT editor and how to make things growable (Which I could probably do if anyone suggests), and where's it's a small lot, I don't want it to cripple your budgets . Don't let the tiny size fool you, this house holds up to 20 sims. You could more or less call it a frat house if you wanted to . My favorite part about this lot is how secluded it looks with all the trees around it. I know that I'd personally like a little home like this. Naturally, any comments or suggestions are welcome. And I must note that there is actually night lights, even though you can't really see them on the second screenshot. Enjoy!
  3. Art Museum

Thanks for everyone's suggestions. As I've already mentioned to iamrobk, I plan on recreating this model. I realise the textures, nightlights and other things need to be improved, but I'm finally starting to get a hang of GMAX. Again thanks for the suggestions guys.
  4. Art Museum

iamrobk- The more I'm looking at it, the more I want to recreate it :)

I know this doesn't come even remotely close to the Philadelphia Museum of Art, so I didn't call it a replica. This is only my third BAT lot uploaded to this site, I thought and I'd give it a shot. It's definitely a lot of work. It's in your educational toolbar and it's naturally a museum. Right now, it's only $2000 to plop, and $500 to bulldoze. It's an 8X7 lot. Like I said, it's only my third lot. So naturally, any comments and suggestions are greatly helpful. Thanks guys
  6. One Liberty Place

This is awesome work. Don't pay attention to the comments about the textures, size, yada yada. I don't personally don't care how you did it, it looks great for your first one. Are you also going to make Two Liberty Tower someday?
  7. The Simpsons House

I often wondered when someone was going to tackle the Simpson's house. Very cool! :)
  8. Shmails Functional Pisa Tower

Damn, I was thinking about doing the Tower of Pisa, but it looks like someone beat me to it :P. Good job!!!
  9. SimCity Liberty Bell

MsCharamut1969...I just downloaded the zip, and I don't see anything wrong with it. It's four files, a DAT, the model, the lot and the description. Is that what you're referring to?
  10. Redwood Mobil Homes

I was actually thinking about doing something like this a long time ago. Looks like someone beat me to it. :) Looks great teleriann!

Hey there, long time no see! This is my first lot using the BAT, I'm still feeling my way around Gmax, so this is a little bit of a good start for me I think, especially since I made something I love reading about in the papers. . Anyway, since the lot's my first try and not much I should still remind it's a large one, it doesn't cost anything to plop, there's no water or power needed either. But it could be found in your parks menu. Like I said, I'm just testing the water here. So go ahead and make your comments. I din't mind if they're good or bad. But If you like the subject of crop circles like I do, enjoy . I'm definitely going to have to make more of these!
  12. TownHouses10

    Cute!
  13. Holy crap dude! I knew someone would eventually build the towers when the BAT was available. But I never expected something like this! I can't get over the detail and obviously the hard work you've put into this project. I can't wait to download it. Naturally I agree with a lot of people when I say this is probably going to be the most downloaded BAT on Simtropolis. Awesome, awesome, awesome work! Keep it up!
  14. The Little White Chapel

    Oh, it's so cute! :)
  15. evil theme lot inside

Daeley: I admit I'm that I haven't downloaded your lots even though I've seen them all. But I'll give you a definite 10, not only because of creativity but also because your series seems to be turning some heads on both sides of the scale. I agree with Palpatine001, very artistic strategy :).
  16. Irish Row

Stormy: The "stone road" is actually a base texture that can be found in your lot editor towards the bottom of the list.
  17. Little Reds Restaurant

hehehe...that's cute. Very original. And with the smell of bread in the air I give it a 10 :).
  18. Electric Power Plant

I can make it cheaper if anyone wants... :)
  19. Rowhome Project

This originally was supposed to be an update to my rowhome lot as where I had many positive feedbacks and requests to make the lot plopable. And thank you Qwerty697 for giving me some hints. So with that in mind, to celebrate this as being technically my first RCI plopable lot (Maude's Reindeer says thanks to GrandpaAl ), I give you 3 PLOPABLE R$$ LOTS in one download. All the rowhome lots' properties are the same, being that the lots each hold up to 100 sims. There is no plop or monthly cost to build them. If you decide to bulldoze, it will only cost you $200. Pollution is very low too. The main reason there's three lots is because naturally I wanted pure eye candy. I wanted each one looking different. Plenty of trees, lots of kids playing, etc. And unlike the previous lot, this time I captured something that's quite common in rowhome living...side streets with the odd game of stickball...and parked cars all the way down. The lots in general are very desirable to your residents with an amount of 60, and a radius of the same. Lot sizes are: RowhomeA - 6x4, RowhomeB - 4x6, RowhomeC - 6x4. The lots can be found in your Landmarks Menu. I'm quite pleased with the way it turned out. I hope you are too. Good Luck!
  20. Crawl Balls

Thanks guys! I'll have to work on more lots like this. :)
  21. NHL Outdoor Coliseum

Equinox: When the season's over, the rink dissappears until next November. :/. I'm trying to figure out what to use while the rink's gone. Stay tuned :).
  22. NHL Outdoor Coliseum

mrbisonm: the Rockefeller Center...not winter landmark...sorry, my mistake :P.
  23. NHL Outdoor Coliseum

PS...That building in the middle of the seats where the scoreboard is is supposed to be club seats...incase you're wondering :P.

This lot was inspired by footage of the infamous outdoor hockey game between the Edmonton Oilers and the Montreal Canadiens. The fans didn't care about the weather, and that only proves that a real Hockey fan would be willing to freeze their ass off to see their team play. I decided to bring this to SimCity 4. The lot is a Major League Stadium that will not replace the original Baseball Stadium, and it's cheaper to build: Plop cost: $22,000 Bulldoze: $2,220 Monthly cost: $240 A couple of notes...When you download this building, make sure you also have the Rockefeller Winter Landmark available at the Maxis website, or else the rink prop will be a no-show. When you first plop the lot, the rink won't be there right away, but don't panic...just keep an eye on your date on the bottom left hand corner. When the date rolls over into November, the rink will be there for the season. Good Luck and happy plotting.
