Obviously, this 5x5 lot was slightly inspired by the Liberty Bell in Philadelphia. This is my own little version to pay tribute to Simtropolis. :P

 

This lot is only $1000, $50 for bulldoze, and maintance is $5. There is no pollution whatsoever.

 

I'm still pretty new to the whole gmax and BAT thing, so if anyone wants to make a comment or give me a suggestion, I don't mind at all :).
