The first person camera mod has also been updated to let you select a vehicle or person and travel with them in first person view, and it is awesome -

First Person Camera by nlight http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=406255342 I just had a blast with this - I travelled with a bus on its route, then I followed a train right to the edge of my map where it became gradually engulfed in some sort of Stephen King's The Mist and then went off map. -

This mod has been updated, apparently. You can now follow vehicles, pedestrians and even planes in first person View! U-drive-it is here! (sorta - you don't control it) -
I think you should install the first-person camera mod and go on a 28 days later tour of your city - I bet it looks really creepy

This is awesome - but it looks like the sooner we get tunnels, the better

DOH - that might have been an idea. Well there is the original - http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=406255342 And a newer one by a different modder which is supposed to be an improvement (but I haven't tried this yet) - it has been endorsed by the original modder though http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=406452880 -
And so it begins...

In the UK you don't see roundabouts built directly into the motorways but the exits are very often a roundabout grade separated from the main road

How Can I Tell Where Traffic Is Bad?
scoobsuk replied to BlitzPackage's topic in Cities: Skylines General Discussion
One of the data overlays shows you traffic congestion with the red shaded areas suffering from congestion. I'm not sure about the cim pathfinding though. -
Someone created a city with one house...

...and spied on the family who moved in. The results are hilarious - and a little melancholy! http://www.pcgamer.com/the-strange-tale-of-a-cities-skylines-town-with-only-one-house/ -
What's needed is multi platform stations where you can separate local and regional lines

Just bought the game: What were Your first impressions?
scoobsuk replied to data7's topic in Cities: Skylines General Discussion
Dangerously addictive. I had to turn it off before I got into mass transit because then I knew there would be NO sleep. This is a great base game as SC4 was a great base game but what elevated that game (forgive the pun) was Rush Hour and the mod community. This is already terrific fun but I can't wait to see where patches, expansions and mods can take it. -
Is this caused by the Steam overlay? On OSX, some hardware have trouble with the Steam overlay in game. If the textures disappear when the overlay shows up, just disable the Steam overlay from the game properties in the Steam client until we work out a patch.
