the 'value for the cost' is another part that can't really be factored in. mainly since whether or not its worth it depends on how well a person saves/spends there money, how much they like the idea of the game, and how much they make from work/whatever. somebody who is a millionaire with several businesses might pay for the game for there son or daughter who's barely interested without even giving it any consideration. somebody working a minimum wage job that's barely making ends meet might not feel to be able to afford it, even if they are dying to get in and play it. when it comes down to it, the ideal of 'value' or being 'worth the money' is something that is based on a per person lifestyle and is very opiniative. its about as broad as asking people whether 75F feels warm or cold.

i really don't see how the planet offer can be factored into the game cost. mainly since EVERY pay to play game will cost hundreds, or even thousands if your a member long enough and if you want to get really technical, you can also factor in the cost of your isp, electricity, and computer cost. can even add the hours you spend playing it, unless you don't think your time is valuable, in which case feel free to come over and clean my house as for the overall costs, it sounds reasonable to me. any game that costs over $8.03 per month costs more then 100 dollars a year and the amounts add up fast if you play it for more then a year and there are TONS of them out there. ultima online, world of warcraft, secondlife (depending on your subscription), the list goes on.

after building a few cities i noticed thiers something the game (and my cities) are missing. A RACE TRACK! the game needs a nice indy track or nascar track (or both ) heres pics of some tracks: http://www.indy500.com/modules...track-map-500-lrg.jpg http://www.ihpva.org/hpva/images/mickey_track_jpeg.jpg http://www-personal.engin.umic...0from%20the%20top.jpg it would be nice if they were a boost to commerce adn acted as a tourist desination, caused some ground and air pollution (litter and noise), made some income, and it would also be great if all the roads (including the track itself) were transit enabled so peole could take u-drive it cars onto the track and drive around it.

after looking on the official simcity site and here and after building many cities, i noticed one thing is missing from this game (and my cities) what about somebody making a RACETRACK!. yea, i've seen the road race thingy and gocart track, but what about a realistic one? like the Indionapolis Speedway? or even a realistic drag trqack. it would also be awesome of they were transit enabled so that you could take a vehicle and drive it around the race track. overall, they could be huge tourist attractions, and cause mild ground and air polution (litter from the visitors, and noise from the people and cars). i'd make em myself, but i ain't got the slightest clue on how to make anything for the game.
