Hey Toronto, very close by is thriving and is the heart of Canadas car manufacturing... and thats just one example buissneses can go elsewhere in a much nicer environment. I went to Detroit even before the reccession, and I dont care what anyone says, youve got to be nuts to voluntarily live there now a days. I dont care how big you build the amusement park, noones going to go there. Its sad but true, Innovations in car manufacturing have a lot of more inticing places to put up shop. Detroit has declined to much to reverse it. The problem is, past decline makes it decline further, and so on and so on.

I call the Rogers Centre the Skydome now even though skydome was waaay better, is been too long, soon it will be the willis tower if you like it or not!

NIIIIIIICCCCCCCEEEEEEE seaport! Seriously, I love your power plant, oil refinery, everything! I find it a little weird to have a bunch of open space behind it though but i really like how you made a typically dirty place look so clean and high tech. LOVE IT! And a bigger seaport would be nice :P PS I like industry, dont tear it down for tourism!

Built up areas seem a little sparatic but it seems you have a difficult location in which to build. Really like your seaside areas and seawalls, that little park point was a very nice touch! -

Not bad for epic maxis stuff, region looks bombski, the more detailed shots are lacking... I think trees, it looks too barren between the subburb streets. Very intrested in what you ar going to do with those funky peninsulas :)
