    Not to be overly critical here: but shouldn't this be a CS$$ lot? I've never seen a Costco that was at all industry like...except for the warehouse look. Unless of course that is the effect you're going for - the Costco distribution center or something... still think it'd better serve under commercial though :) Excellent work on the model though :D
