  1. PEG WATER MOD Brigantine

How will this water look with the default beaches?
  2. Apartments and mansions

Thanks for the reply. This city is only at about 70,000 population. I know I won't get super tall buildings yet but the mansions just seem so out of place next to the city type buildings. The only cheat I use is a money cheat so cost isn't an issue. My next question is, is there anything I can do to make the mansion change into a building quicker without demolishing it? It's not a desireability thing because the mansion is high wealth, it's just the type of building. Oh, I just thought of another question. Does a really nice looking tall building whether it's an office building or residential have to be high wealth? Will medium wealth develop nicely as well?
  3. Apartments and mansions

When I zone medium and high density residential I get apartment buildings and mansions mixed together. I just want apartment buildings in the area that I zoned medium or high. I don't mind mansions but I only want them in my suburban low density area. Do I just have to wait and then the mansion will develop into a building? Same thing with commercial. If I zone high density will take time to redevelop into a taller building if it starts out small? Maybe these questions are stupid but I had to ask.
  4. Covington Valley

I really like your CJ and city. It's very creative. I've never thought of putting residential right in there with the agriculture. I'm going to try that.
  5. obsolete PEG Mayor Mode Pine Trees Mod

All I get is brown boxes. I downloaded and installed the dependency and then downloaded and installed this pine tree mods but it doesn't work for me.
  6. commute time and black buildings

Thanks. I'll have to check out that anti-abandonment mod.
  7. commute time and black buildings

I've been playing for quite a while now but I always seem to have the problem of my medium and dense residential buildings becoming black because of abandonment and because of decrease in wealth. Most of the time it says that it's because of commute time. I feel like provide good enough mass transit but then it seems like there is a low amount of people using it. So then I just start building commercial right next to my residential so it would just be closer instead of having a business district and have them commute. No matter what, I seem to get a lot of black buildings. Any thoughts or tips?
