  1. So much for "freedom of speech"

    The fact is you can sue of anything, the important question is "can you win?" It is the exercise of "freedom of speech" to gripe about the towing company, and it is the towing companies "freedom of speech" to sue about it. I dont see any big constitutional issue, rather the confirmation of the right for both parties. This is more of a defamation question.
