5 pointsWe need a day pic aswell, to see what its like. We also need Stats to see what it produces. Lot size cost output are all needed. Dependancies are also vital, after all it wont work properly if you have one. That is another reason for a day pic, so we can at least see a dependancy if there is one. Rating pending on upgraded pics and desc.

4 pointsThe actual combination of props is visually effective, but without the dependencies listed, many of them don't show up ingame. It is a good idea to start with a clean plugins folder and only include the props/textures that you want to use in your lot (find links first). This way you can minimize the dependencies.

2 pointsThere are some undocumented texture dependencies. I keep saying it over and over and over again: Whenever you create something, make an EMPTY plugins folder and copy ONLY those dependency packs into it that you want to use. Then start the game and test your lots with ONLY those dependencies in your plugins folder that you will mention in the description.

1 pointThe lot looks good, but you need to list the dependencies and stats, and give a daytime picture or it will be locked by the moderators. I suggest you start a lotting thread to help you develop as a lotter and prepare for uploads, the people here are very talented and extremely helpful. Again, looks good for a first, just need to get your stuff in order, you have a lot of potential.
