It really isn't that bad for a first upload (believe me, we've all seen far, far worse.) but it does need some work. Check out some of the tutorials on the Omnibus.

ANOTHER pack of these? I LOVE your work, but I don't understand all the x-rated stuff. I've never seen this many x-rated buildings in real life...please, I beg you to make some more non-chain small restaurants - I think those are very unrepresented in SimCity.

Love these small commercial packs! The newstand is the best.

Deleted my comments as it was identical to simhotoddy's and yes it is a dead trap for helicopters, its just missing a sign that says "free helicopter food" sign Willy Coyote. Bottom line use the forum before uploading!

:) thanks; I'll do the Thread, and textures woudnt work on GMAX for some reason,, itz fixed now :~), Are the antennas really a hazard? i really thought the helicopters will avoid them with the lights or something like that. but anyways, Thanks! and Ver. 2 im working on it :) itz my first Bat!!!! Also, it would be nice to see a picture of the whole building as well as some stats, lot size, growable/ landmark, etc.

It would benefit this building greatly to use some textures/ materials that are not just flat colors. No shadows appear to be cast on your white texture, which makes the whole thing look bizarre. The modeling isn't bad, but I don't know how a helicopter would land safely with those towers sticking out of the top, not to mention how they would get off the roof once they were there. You should consider opening up a BAT thread so you can get advice before uploading.

I think I'm having just as much reading your description as having these in game. Hilarious work!

I like the "run down" style of your buildings. They are ideal for low wealth areas of a city.
