This is a YouTube Let's Play series using the Plantation Bay region by comdude21.

I will be trying to develop an urban region in a somewhat historical way, starting with an early industrial revolution type city, expanding more modern infrastructure and eventually sprawling outward, redevelopment, gentrification, etc.
