The World after war, in Illocova Falls where buildings are ready to fall, and faulty electric wires which hang from building to building. After a nuclear blast about 50 miles away, Parts of Illocova were damaged or vaporized. 8 years without human interferance, most buildings have become very unstable, and have been abandoned for the safety of the people. As I procrastinate a little for exams (I lied, A LOT) Just have a little concept idea i'd like to run by with to see how people would react to me updating my next ME:TMW episode in a very distinct way, largely influenced by the way the old Endora steampunk CJ was presented on SC4D; this just means I'm gonna try to intertwine and incorporate non-simcity 4 3d scenes and elements with actual simcity 4 scenes but with a twist in presentation (so they both match).
