This update bridges the end of 2010 and the start of 2011 - so it came out rather large, so sorry... Oh well, leaves you with more time to look at the details while waiting for the rest. And I assure you, the series is interesting down to the last byte... ;o))

This is a moderately well-off city of about 30.000... Though it is home to some HiTech industry, it serves mostly as a transportation hub for the region. And it developed a quite interesting commercial district as well... But first a look at the south-west corner -

Overview

Basically this part of the city grew around the rail facilities and the industrial park...

The neighborhood is moderately wealthy but well kept...

We will stay here over night, before we continue to the fancier parts of town :-)

Okay - from where we stayed overnite, we slowly move south again...

rjc2_mos01.jpg

Through the southern suburbs...

rjc2_mos02a.jpg

Along the coast with some public beaches...

Then turn north again...

rjc2_03.jpg

Passing through an area with nice residences and hotels...

If we'd continue north we'd end up in another small industrial area...

rjc3_05.jpg

So let's take another turn - past the Mountain Clinic...

rjc3_07.jpg

And the Agricultural College...

rjc3_08.jpg

Into the busy downtown...

rjc3_01.jpg

Dominated by the 'Vogue Department Store', the 'Mutual Insurance Building', the '3 Tower Mall', the 'Aradhana Condominiums' and the 'Las Arenas Hotel and Casino'...

Here another overview for your orientation...

Be my guest tonight - enjoy the pool... ;-)

Stunning. From the curves of the rail lines, to the way the development hugs the hills... spectacular.

How can I have such talents as yours???   anyway... this is absolutely amazing! I love the way you use nature... ponds, beach, trees, rocks, flora, everything... they are all perfectly mixed. As a result, a beautiful and awesome city as this one. You deserve my 5/5... Keep up the good work and I will keep on watching for your updates!

So many architectural styles here! But this make this CJ unique. Great terraforming and use of flora. Nice resort. It looks like an amazing place to spend holidays there.

I'd followed most of it on SimPeg, but I re-I visited all of Paengia in one sitting.
I SHOULDN'T HAVE !
I think I'm ODying.
I ran out of adjectives... oh, somewhere around the third installment. It's so inspirational I could die. I already knew, but it confirms it : I will never, EVER, play SimCity as I used to. I'm lost. And It's all your fault, Paeng.

Marvelous! I really like the use of custom buildings, however I'm not too fond of the diagonal buildings in the 16th pic..
