Sirron... uh, the RHW...

Great photoshopping, I love that bridge... it looks like one big highway though, is that RHW-10?

Guibanez: Thanks!

tim: Thanks!

Crushed: Glad you liked it!

Devlin is somewhat more northern, so it does arrive faster than other places. But its still quite temperate.

ImVh: Thanks!

tigeria: Heh, thanks! Take your time, play around with it in an empty city and experiment.

DC: Reading up on tutorials and practicing, that's all there is to it. Heck, you don't really even need to buy PS, GIMP does it pretty well too.

Adam: Thanks!

k50: Thanks! And yup, that's choco's unreleased RHW-10 bridges. Though I'm not sure, I think it might be RHW-8.

Sirron: The highway themselves are a warm gray color, and are from the RealHighway mod. They just look black because of the photoediting.

Oohforf: Thanks for the kind words! Hope you get back onto the SC4 scene without incident!

Zelly: Well, I did pass most of the images past you (yeah, you all heard that right, certain people get preview privilages  )

Cacks: Yes, snow! Maybe, you never know...

Chp: Oh right, I need to plant-er-raise cows in Devlin. To the southern and lake areas!

TekindusT: Thanks! And yes, Porter is absolutely awesome with PS.

Nice update, Blue Lightning! Your HD signage looks really good. And so does your  photoshopping ! Now if it would only snow where I lived...

A question, though. The hatching on your exit ramps and the TuLEP, is that photoshopped in or is that the result of a texture mod? If it is a texture mod and it is available for download, could you post a link. That would be awesome!

Thanks a lot and I can't wait for your next update!

Nego: Hatchings and signs are all photoshopped in, no modding or lotting involved

Brian: Thanks!

Your city + porter's photoshopping = greatness.  :)  And it's not a small feat to convince him to do it either.  You gotta be good at what you do already before he will lend his enhancing skills.  :)
