Thanks Pwel28!  Did you catch a glimpse of PWELL MEDICAL CENTER-MIDTOWN?  Yup the PWell HealthCare System acquisitioned 6 local hospitals and built new facilities in Peyton - Stepford - New Troy totalling "28-Pwell Medical Centers region wide!

Fun fact! The creator of Cheers, Glen and Les Charles, are cousins of my grandma. I saw the logo on one of the buildings and it made me think of that.

 

But anyway, I think Mama Luigi is interested in purchasing one of those listed properties. With the restaurant industry being so competitive, she has to expand her business. ;)

WOw that is so cool, youre related to producers and Hollywood connections !  I envy your being an heir to CHEERS!  Have you ever visited the bar in Boston thats the theme setting of XHEERS?  Ive visited it several times and its so cool!

 

And MAMA LUIGI'S ITALIAN RISTORÂNTÉ  is currently in Peyton, Stepford and New Troy.   She and my grandmomz are twin sisters who stays in a fight over customers and recipes!

 

I can do a Mama Luigi's Burgers & Soda Pop Shop to add to the Italian Ristorante.  Mama Luigis will be in many of upcoming episodes.

Re my avatar-Lol Romano! There's  "some" of the real me in that avatar.  Ive morphed other pics init so it looks like that guy on snl... people say i look like his character (aint saying which character)

 

Photo Editing:  it doesn't take but a few minutes to align, edit and blend!  the time consuming part is finding shots that will mesh and blend.

Hey Mayor Richy!  GUYS-Richy is myor of NewTroy and the owner of the 99 Fleet Cruise Business at the Port Of Sfepford!  He got it  from a foreclosure! It was a steal!  I am prepping the city for ingame views, letting it age a few more years and adding some mods for 'eyecandy'.  More  Ingame  coming soon

Hey Mystery Mayor Of The FIRST LIVE INTERACTIVE CJ!  Yes 1894 was a time of innocence and peace in the valley!  Till one day zombies took over Old Gray Simetery, the church on the hill, the first schoolhouse in the region and all if any, residences up on Chainsaw Barn Road and Old Simetery Rd.  

 

Today as you have seen in the document, the entire  Old Gray area is overgrown woods and hideouts for riffraffs!  Theres not been a zombie alert since the SimGrammys, bit i betcha the riffraffs that set camp will end up on some-unbody's dinner trough!
