The canals look like they actually belong there and not simply placed by a bored mayor :P They really fit the city well.

 

Also, not sure how concerned you were in matching colors of trees with the village and w2w buildings with each other but they look terrific together.

 

The cat-folk  pulled it off again :)

Happy Easter, Schulmanator, even if I am a few days late.  I love towns with canals in them, and this one is especially lovely.  I think I spotted a couple of Easter eggs!  I could be mistaken, though.  And I say, that chap Matt has a great name.

I expect eggs to be smashed..... Well, the canals is absolutely grgeous....
