@daybreak: Thanks! The seawalls i used were jeronij's v4 seawalls, moonlight's suburban canals, and my stanley park seawalls.

Very quaint residential, and I especially love the prolific use of seasonal trees.

 

Where did you get that RHW bridge?

 

I hope I am correct in sayting that (assuming you have NAM) you use the ground maxis highway to drag the bridge and then select the type from the box that comes up.

Incredible - the balance you pulled off with buildings and the empty space - excellent.  The lightrail at the beach was great - usually I think that wouldn't work visually (even though there are plenty of them along beaches in real life)- but it looked great even before I realized what it was.  So smooth.
