HELLO AND WELCOME BACK TO NEW SIMTOWN
New Simtown has grown and a new city is now present: Simopolis. This modern city was built at the Dawson river, a long canal connecting the east to the west. This city is part of the west-territories which are administrated by the new senator Marshall Owens.
Here the stats:-0% of no-schooling (still don't know if this correct english...)
-10% of unemployment.
-62% of public transport use, due to installation of new GLR lines.
-60% of satisfaction.
-48% medium-wealthed sims, 25% of rich and 18% of low-wealthed sims.
-this city is connected with a large 10 lanes highway.
-around 6.000.000 inhabitants in the whole region.
-around 500.000 hab. in Simopolis.

So...let's start:
This is the "Sunshine In hotel' which welcomes you during each hollydays (excepted during winter):

15 miles away, the west district. You will see some smog above the buildings, this is due to the proximity of an industrial zone:

Here is the old parliament's place, which is in contrast with some modern skyscrapers. On the left you can see the financial buildings. These buildings where built from 1940 to 1990:

Another place in Simopolis, the Grant district. This neighbourhood will probably be replaced by a newer and a greener palce if the inhabitants vote for "yes" during the next votes:

Just one last day-picture. A new bridge, which will connect the downtown to the airport, will be finished in a few years:

AND NOW I'LL SHOW YOU SOME NIGHT PICS.:
1)The west district:

2)Northern downtown:

3)The casino lane:

4)Middle of the downtown:

That's all. For next time I'll try to make a more realistic town or country side.
I hope you enjoyed this update! And don't forgett to rate/comment this entry, your opinion is very important!
