Navia's Ploppable water vs. real water....

Now as all of you know, I usually use ploppable water, due to the "durability," they provide, but most I find are unrealistic. One day though on SC4 Devotion I found this:

Note: This is the work of "Badsim" from SC4 Devotion...

Badsim, claimed that this was experimental, so its probably not coming out any time soon sadly.

But I like ploppable waters because they're easy to use, making rivers with them are a lot easier then trying to use the in game water.

Yet I've seen some very good usage with in game water, for example:

Although you can photoshop both ploppable and in game, it looks more appealing when the in game water is photoshopped,

I tried my luck at photoshopping some in game water, and this is what I got:

but what if your terrible at photoshopping like me?

So, you decide, Ploppable or In-game (although the great ploppable waters are only experimental)

Are you trying to intentionally hurt my head by making me try to jump into the computer to live in your world?! This looks better than the real Miami! Well, I've never been to Miami, but this looks much better than the pictures I saw of Miami!

P.S.: A million billion trillion googolplexplex out of 5. :P :D

Really, really nice work here. I love how you have been able to incorporate the LBT stuff. They do quality work and its good to see you showcasing it. Incredible work on the last picture. Truly! I thought to myself for a minute, "How did he get waves inside the game?" 5/5.

Fantastic pictures. Miami, I always thought, was more full of white buildings, but I have never been there, and have only been as far south as Orlando in Florida (my most recent trip there, 11 years ago, was to St. Augustine). The beauty of the pictures is undeniable!

As for the water, I tend to use what has been tried, tested, and proven reliable (and easy to use, of course). Of course, I am far, FAR from being great at this game, and your photoshopping looks like it is far beyond whatever I could come up with if I even had Photoshop, that I think that either way you go it's gonna look great.

Amazing update! I have been curious about water in the game and plop-able as well- I can't wait to see what more you can come up with ;)

Ah it's so awesome to see one of my BATs in a CJ. :D But why is it reversed? The entrance is on the right side of the building, not the left.

LOVE the waves and the pasture. The beach front properties are also mighty fine.

I liked those stone streets, on the panorama picture! Can you direct me how to find that? (Im meant the most upper-left street, not the cobblestone of the SAM) EDIT: sorry, I didn't see it's somebody else's picture... END EDIT
Thanks anyway... Loved your CJ, looks like I'll be watching this more! :thumb:
