Thank you both! It has to look gritty and dirty, it's the Mississippi River. This is a nicer area of town though, very trendy with views overlooking downtown.

TekindusT: Thanks, I'm glad you like it, I couldn't find a water mod that tripped my trigger for this project so I decided to do it this way.

Timmy: Yes they are, one of my favorite things for SC4

Skimbo: There's no traffic because at the point I snapped this pic very little else in the area had been built. I'll make sure there's traffic in the full update.
