SWEET!  My buildings... I'm so proud... 9.gif

Anyways keep up the great work! 10.gif

BTW... I might redo the big 3 and make the MTS building to scale and with the improved BATting techniques I learned while making the ERC... don't expect anything soon, just saying that I will in the future... 21.gif

Looks good. It would be great to have another Canadian recreation to go with the Edmonton and Toronto journals. I liked seeing the downtown pic. I was in Winnipeg once for three days for my thesis research. I'm working on a masters in political science and my area of expertise is campaign contributions in local elections. Winnipeg is part of my research so I was there for three days at City Hall. To pay the folks at City Hall for all the photocopies I needed, I ran down to the TD branch in the base of their bank building on Portage and Main. I have seen that BAT around, but I didn't place it until I saw it here in your journal. Nicely done. Neat to recognize the spot. As for the brown, I think it is better than green... at least until someone makes a terrain mod that reflects the dusty dry grasses of the Canadian prairies.

Hey I'm also from winnipeg, I've been trying to find GIS data for the city (without having to pay for it!!) does anyone know where this can be found?? also one of the problems I've had is the fact that around downtown there are two (differently oriented) grids that come together... look on google maps/earth and you'll see what I mean!!

    Thanks! Chris
