Hmm... well, me just being a simple boy with simple tastes, I'd just love if someone could start working on a Middle-America housing set... Inspiration can be found for a multitude of differet styles at this website, which contains floorplans from everything to beachside homes to garages: http://www.coolhouseplans.com

Currently preoccupied with architecture school...lurking with caution.

EDIT: LOL, NOBODY (besides me perhaps) is obsessed enough to make a Warthog landmark.  <ahttps://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/images/smilies/15.gif> <ahttps://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/images/smilies/22.gif>

Some of the Casino/hotels in Las Vegas would be as a dream come true. Such as MGM Grand, Mirage, Caesar's Palace etc would be awesome.

Here are some images links:

I'd also like to see some new sports stadiums and the Colossus Statue!

How about the Bank One Tower in downtown Phoenix?  Here is a picture: http://glasssteelandstone.com/Images/US/AZ/BankOneCenter-002.jpg
I would also like to see Target, the World Financial Center in NYC, TransAmerica Pyramid in San Francisco, and the Condominiums del Mar in Rocky Point.  If you want me to find some pictures of them, PM me.

Well, I seem to find the BAT very difficult, not surprisingly, so I think I should request some things.

It seems the majority are looking for skyscrapers.  How about some good, old-fsahioned, low density houses?  Show off your house-building skills, guys and gals. <ahttps://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/images/smilies/1.gif>

I have a sort of weird request that I would just like to see because it would be fun. How about the Ghostbusters firehouse as a plobbable little business. It could have a few jobs and (maybe) someone could work in a dispatch for the Ecto-1.

I am weird, I know; but I love that movie. 1.gif

HOME DEPOT REQUEST

I think a Home Depot would be a great addon. Becuase it helps the people to build their own homes and businesses. So maybe a 6x6 or 5x5 or 5x6 sized Home Depot center would be a great addition. Make sure there is a plopable one too.

This is something I will VOTE 9 stars on.<ahttps://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/images/smilies/9.gif>

Im working on a Region based of the game Fallout. As such I realy need some military lots. White Stucco Walls like in the high tech cities, Army Police Security Station, Watchtowers, Barbwire fences, Small Army bases and barrack, Medium and large City gardens with limitied argo industry jobs, Fishing Docks and Quarries. Also id like a series of lots that look like a division of army troops so that i could make it look like in city journal that city is being attacked. Preferably with Infantry, Tanks and such in seperate units. So i can simulate as large a army i want. Also a feild base lot. These things would have no cost, since there just for temporary story use. Lastly id like a growable set of Hydroponic Farms that appear in highly dense farms, small in size.

I saw that one on the official site. I'm not going to download it right now because this one looks more detailed. As soon as this is released, I'll try to be the first to download it since my cities need more skyscraper landmarks! 9.gif

Could someone give a shot at the Exeter Library? I worked there for two summers, and I've got a bit of a sentimental attachment to it.

http://www.exeter.edu/pages/aca_library.html

Also, I think some more Boston buildings could use some representation.

the John Hancock Tower:

http://www.geocities.com/asiaglobe/gallery/boston-prud.htm
(from the Prudential center)

And the Prudential Center itself is on this page:

http://community-2.webtv.net/moonchild65/boston/

I can't seem to find any better pictures of it, but perhaps that will pique someone's interest.

I want some decent sized malls the most. The maxis ones are way too small for comfort if you ask me. I also want some skyscrapers.

Hey ed, I'm REALLY looking forward to your Sears Tower release! :D It looks like you have done an excellent job on it so far, and it is one of those sorely needed landmarks that was missing from the game. It will make a prime addition to my latest region. Hurry it up, dood! <ahttps://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/images/smilies/22.gif>

Your fields are full of wheat and your mills are busting with flour. Every country town needs a bakery to employ others who can't get jobs on the farms. Think about it the smell of fresh bread permiating from the doors each morning and a team of Bakers being employed daily to come in and bake and package bread for your community. And others would be employed to package the bread and run the trucking company. Thinking about even now makes me hungry.

I put this on the Building Wishlist but figured I'd request it as well. Figure it would add some variety. The Rainier Center from Seattle also known as the Wine Glass.

This may seem like a weird request, but I would like to see some skyscrapers that are skinny and that are growable, so that you can create an accurate dense city like New York where the buildings are really tall and really close together and they take up almost all of the lot. Also buildings that you could use in a chinatown would be cool too

There are a lot of things that would be neat to see built and added to the LEX. They are the following:
Sears Tower
Petronas Towers
Mall of America
Bowling Alley
Bigger Colleges/ Universities
Planetarium
VERY LARGE high capacity Bus stop ( that can provide 10 buses )
Technology Museum
arcade
Citywide Driver's ED center
A lot more residential AND Commercial buildings!!!!!!

MEGAMAN
P.S. thanx for lettin' me know about this new thread, Aronion!I will have many posts on this topic, just so you know...2.gif21.gif21.gif
