Today I was looking through the 15 Sun Valley pages and found myself kind of lost. So, I've decided to start posting tables of contents at the beginning of each page (thanks to comdude, KOSC and thejersydevil for the inspiration). So, without further adue:

andrew george: Thanks for your comment! glad you like Sun Valley.

supersimman: Still not sure about the Super 8's. Now I'm kinda leaning towards leaving them there though.

    Sun Valley Times

    New Marina development

Tree weeks ago the new marina development was completed. Many of the new residence are beginning to get settled there. New state of the art, 4500sq.ft. condos are selling like wildfire for prices at an average of 800,000 dollars. Every owner has access to the marina, a private golf couse, a private park and a private school. This is top style living. Two thumbs up to all the construction crew and arctitects who designed this, says the mayor who has just moved into the area.zoomedoutmarinapic2nb.jpg

    Traffic becoming an issue

Traffic is becoming an issue on many Sun Valley roads. I had to wait for half an hour in a stand still on the free way today, complains an angry resident. The traffic advisor says that there are plans to expand the rail line and possibly construct a light rail or monorail system. Nothing is set and stone though, says the advisor.

    New farms surrounding Mountain View

Over the past few months Mountain View has been seeing a steady flow of agriculture coming into the city. Mountain View is a great place to settle. It's rural but then you can hop in your truck and be in downtown Sun Valley in 45 minutes, says a new farmer in the area.

kingofsimcity: Thanks for the comment! It means something because those lofts took me forever to grow. The Thaneplace lofts seem to grow easier than the other ones. I also ploped 2 or 3 of them after getting so frustrated with not getting the right building. lol, I'm not a very good speller.

40.gifFantazmagarikal!(just some kooky word i made right now since excellent and awesome is peanuts compared to that) the marina is awesome! i have a few ideas: you know porkissimo's french style buildings? get them and put them around the cathedral in downtown. and next, try the BSC farms so Sun Valley can be the best, not to mention most realistic, it can be! oh, and the apartment for the mayor, destroy it. try getting oneil_1's luxury mansion for that spot. other than thaT awful apartment, this keeps getting better and better!

P.S. try SG's Tucson Tower or something from madawac. they both do good mid-rises.29.gif35.gif35.gif35.gif

Wow bobinator this thing keeps getting better and better - I love it - ur CJ is a real insparation 2 me.  Would u like San Fernandes' Financial district named after you as to give credit or would you like a little town out in the countryside in San Portello?

44.gifThe key to freedom is to read Bobinator's journal... Oh and don't 4get the Sculpting Columbia river - that's sheer brilliance! 29.gif29.gif
