Sun Valley is getting bigger and better than ever!

The downtown area looks especially awesome.  Very realistic.

i love it! another good mid-rise would be Crossword Tower by madawac. also, Tucson Tower and the macCenzie building by SG would look good in the south of downtwon. ooh, and maybe mix in some of oppies canals for a kinda central park. you know, i tried a city like this(with only mid-rises), but got carried away when i plopped IntreGen Building by DT. oh, do you use plops or do you grow?

 topcliff: Thanks for the great advice on that last building!!! I'll probably put in some more and zone a little more Medium density around downtown. As to the question of using plopables, yes and no. My azzury plaza (or whatever it is, can't find the name, it's the big blue one) was grown. My bank of Alaska building was both, the small version grew and the large version was plobed (I would have to be extreamly lucky for a large version to grow in exactly the same place). And then the embassy suites was ploped so I couldget it exactly where I wanted it. All other buildings were grown. As to oppie's canal, just look at page one. A canal runs right through the center of Sun Valley from the main park.

i just realized who makes good mid-rises and has uploaded some on the STEX! contact ryanr. i'd suggest Kilinco Co. and Asgard Bank HQ and his townhomes are awesome. and briefly, i want to say sorry to ryanr for the way i treated him at SCC.

If you want to do it for fun you can. However, I don't want it to turn into a big old war over who has what and everything. As to the storyline, I don't really know how it popped up but the most 'storylike' Sun Valley is ever really going to get is The Sun Valley Times. I want it to be something like Crystal Junction, Ocean Point, and all of rewrite's journals, realistic, and a little storyline with the newspapers and stuff. Hope that explains everything!

Sun Valley Times

Sun Mountain masterplan nearly complete

Sun Mountain has almost finished it's transformation form a local ski area to a world class resort destination. The masterplan called for a new highspeed 6-pack, a new mountain village and condos. Only two buildings are left and they are under construction right now. Here are some shots of the area.
