I can't access the Smiley window under Camino 10.2 on OS X 10.4.7. I get a window which says 'undefined'. This happens both here and on Sporeum.

I just noticed today that the CML text colour bug in firefox has been corrected. The 'Trixie award winner' text used to appear black until now, but when I logged in today, it appeared to its default 'blue/cyan/red' colour. This was a firefox specific issue, and it has been repaired.

Er, since I'm forced to use text-only in PM messages, due to my browser (Opera 9), I've noticed that there's no Subject field. Can this thing be fixed?

Hi, I am trying to look at the 3ds model files and can not get past page 3. It tells me to log in to continue browsing files when I'm already logged in. I cleared my cookies and temp files and history, but still same message. This has been a problem for me since you started the new site. Thanks for your help.

Hi,

In the forum profile page, I have noticed the Country drop-down menu contains countries that are either mispelt or do not exist anymore:

- Macedonian should be Macedonia

- Yugoslavia ceased to exist this year. It is now two countries, Serbia and Montenegro

- The Neutral Zone ceased to exist since the end of the first Gulf War.

I would like to suggest an Profile option for custom country and province/state names. That would be great.

The site is great!

But I've noticed a small bug in the messages section. Status 'read' and 'unread' are backwards. After i read something, it says unread. And the button at the bottom to mark all 'read', instead marks all 'unread'. Minor, I know, but thought id share it, since this thread already exists. Thanks.

This message is in the wrong section.  Should be in Bugs and Technical Issues and it is covered by a sticky.  You've been set to default graphics settings.  Put them back to high and your problem should go away.

Thats not the problem, I was told that too when it happened to me...but found out it was a SNOW overlay issue and I fixed it. Also, isn't this a Bug report thread. missing textures sound like it is.

If i am wrong, maybe we can clean up the threads a bit so they arent so evasive sounding....

Hi guys, trying to download from the download section, but the links don't work, i.e. click on them but download doesn't start, try the direct link but download doesn't start. Tried with Firefox & IE, nothing, nada, zilch. Anybody have a clue?

opopanax666: If you have Norton Internet Security turned on, try turning it off while you are downloading the modds. I had this problem and once I turned Norton off, the modds section worked.

Hey, guys.

Lately, I've been experiencing problems with connecting to ST. Every few minutes, I get a JRun error, where the server times out. Has this happened to anybody else? It's annoying when I'm trying to post.

Then again, my internet connection hasn't been up to scratch lately.

Yeah, Shadow Assassin. It's happening a lot! Sometimes I can click back and forth and it wil connect. Other times I have to exit completely. Very frustrating. One thing I have noticed about posting...I'll get the time out or other error message, yet when I check later, the reply actually did post.

Anyone having trouble with the STEX. I 've got no images and I can't download anything. All other features of ST 5.0 appear to be working fine.

Hmm, I remember someone reporting this problem to me a while back. There is the usual stuff like "check your firewall and stuff to make sure it isn't causing problems there, and clean your cookies out" but beyond that, I'm not entirely sure what your problem is.

EDIT: After reading a little bit of this page of the thread, it sounds like the problem is your firewall.  Try disabling it temporarily while you are on the STEX and see what happens.  Just make sure to turn it back on when you are done.

Ehh... I'm having a very serious problem with viewing ST in Firefox 2.0. The avatars and top/bottom areas of posts are completely off ... I have taken a screenshot of it, that can be seen here. However, the page displays perfectly in IE, which is ironic considering that ST has a big 'get firefox' button right underneath the Google ads...

Boy, ST is going upside-down on me! My sig shows up and I can't update it- all I get is a gerey box. You can see it-right? Well when I go to me edit profile to change it, There's nothing there- just an empty, un-clickable box.

Also, whevenever I go to the "reply" button, I have the same problem. Quick reply works, not "reply"

Hopefully this will be fixed soon. It must be ST as it does the same thing on every computer I use.

EDIT: I am also unable to see some avatars and the edit button does the same thing as the signature and reply things.

Odd... I've not encountered any of those problems, myself. What browser(s) are you using?

Thanks, beebs. I am using Mozilla Firefox 1.5.0.6. The main thing that gets on my nerves is the edit button. It might be firefox that is causing this, as the browser settings don't let me click the cut and paste commands, i have to use ctrl-c and ctrl-v, which is permitted. The reason I use firefox, though, is because it loads ST much faster than IE, when MF might take 20-30 seconds, IE is taking 10+ minutes or never loading at all. Iwas wondering if it was the computer I was using too, but I used my other computer (the one with the fast IE) and the same thing happened. So, I am not sure if it is my browser, computer, or settings. I doubt it's ST, because this has been happening for a day or two.

clicking on download doesn't seem to work in the Modds section (eg NAM), nothing happens upon clicking. I've tried both IE7 and FF2.0, anyone has this problem too?

Hmmm... yeah, I'd try reinstalling. Other than that, it might be something in your settings that needs fiddling with.
