turns out i cooked them in this thing called an oven. weird experience.

pats down 17-3 but i refuse to beleive they lose this.

reasons:

a) They are *this* close to connecting deep to moss

b) down by two scores, but we start the 2cd with the ball

c) Chargers are one demensional right now, cant run for crap. And they don't have a good passing attack, you have to figure with some adjustments we can at least get an "average" pass defense. Besides, we had three offensive pass interferences on them that weren't called, two of which would have been interceptions, the other was a 3rd down on a TD drive.

d) if they don't win, my streak for cash goes back to 0. SO THEY NEED TO!

either way we have two 2cd tier teams who should be first teir, struggling to right their ship, and quite desperate for a win as each team faces a tough next few weeks. Its just the chargers had a worst start and a tougher road ahead, and therefore are more desperate.

I have to say, that was arguably the most disgusting preformance i have ever seen in a patriots game.

If its possible to lose a game you should have won by 20 or so, we've done it. When you take a one dimensional team, and destroy that one demension [LT would have had 40 yards if it werent for one 27 yarder], then you still lose. Thats Failtastic. When you are down by 14 in the third quarter, and you get the ball first and goal, and can't put it in*, thats failtastic. When you defense plays excellent 9 plays out of 10, but then on the 10th play allows a 50 yard pass.....you guessed it, thats failtastic.

The whole team looks dead. Theres no energy. Hobbs is running straight into the pile on returns, Moss is jogging downfield [and still beating corners], and the play calling on the goalline was absolute *****. Sammy Morris is one of the best bruisers in the NFL, yet you try to dink and dunk?

* Cassel had a moment on fourth down where he had two choices....Run around Jamal Williams, Or try and run over him. 1) Touchdown 2) Concussion. The idiot chose to run through him. If we got that TD, we win.

Well, its really not cassels fault actually.

I mean, when it came down to it, there were plays he missed, but keyword plays. Some players seemed to have missed the whole objective of the game. He is the second most sacked QB in the NFL, the line is injured and still suffering from what happened in arizona. We had a friggen Rams practice Squad player in there at RT yesterday. Then the effort from Randy has been subpar, and the RBs aren't doing that well either, Jordan was beast but he is hurt, and Morris is a bruiser but hes not getting enough carries.

Regardless, the Patriots are still going to be a contender if they follow the "slow start, strong finish" pattern that the team usually follows.

Indy is 3-2.

Both are supposed to be super bowl contenders. Both are going to have to fight just to make the playoffs.

Both have a large number of question marks [chargers passing game both sides is bad, Colts have weaknesses pretty much all over, specifically the O-line].

Both have tough roads to the super bowl, SD has to go to buffalo, to london, and won't be back in SD till late nov if im right. Indy has the AFC south with is the second toughest division in football, and also the annual Half Super Bowl with us.
