I get them quite a lot in the mornings.  Bizarrely its the mornings after really fun alcohol nights. Coincidence, or conspiracy? 30.gif

Hangover.

Drink water while you're drinking alcohol and they wont be as bad, if they even happen. 1.gif

Personally, I dont think Ive gotten a headache in about 3 months now. I hardly get them, but my mom and brother suffer from migraines.

Not really many options, but I probably get a headache 6 times a week, and a migrane about 3 times a week.
I have seriously sensitive sinuses, and their really in tune with the weather. I get a headache EVERYTIME its about to rain, snow etc.

Dang annoying. 30.gif

I don't get them as much as I used to. Must be because of less stress. I prolly get them like once every month (light headaches). I have not had a severe one in ages, thankfully.

I seem to just get stress headaches. Unfortunately, I can usually count on at least one stress filled day at work just about every week, so one headache a week. But I just take an aspirin and my head stops hurting in about a half hour or so.

I get quite a lot of headaches not related to gameplay. It is most likely because of the concentration of my exam revision (GCSEs).

heres a question...how many times do you get headaches? i seem to get them all the time during the weekdays but none on the weekend.

Headaches all the time, at your age?  There is something not right there.  A couple of thoughts:

-  They could be sinus headaches.  But, if they happen on some days and not others, the trigger could be something you are exposed to on some days and not others.  Could be environmental (for instance, cats wreak havoc on my sinuses) or food related (chocolate wreaks havoc on my mom's sinuses).

-   Have you had your eyes checked?  If they are happening during the weekdays, that is basically during school days.  Could be related to eyestrain from trying to see the board or reading.

-  Could be stress headaches.  I hope not.  I'd like to think that's adults-only thing, although I know better.

At any rate, Joe is right:  get checked out by a doctor.

We can inspire others through witness so that one grows together in communicating. But the worst thing of all is religious proselytism, which paralyzes: “I am talking with you in order to persuade you.” No. Each person dialogues, starting with his and her own identity. The church grows by attraction, not proselytizing.    - Pope Francis

Your poll is incomplete. Should have a never and a daily item.

I never get headaches.

You sound like you get stress migranes. Do these headaches get worse in bright light? Worse in noisy environments?

The other possibility is allergy to something, like school, that you are exposed to only during the week.

When the sunlight/ray hits me, my body becomes itchy and i do get a little headache if i look at brightlight. I went to a specialist before, i remember he said that my body temperature is high, i need to take this medication thing that cools down my body temperature. Also, it does get worse when theres alot of noise, maybe its the traffic noise, or the constrution site behind my house 14.gif

all the time at least 3-4 times a week
migrain sufferer

Same here....

I started having them back when I was 8 and they were simple headaches at first. Some times caused by ligthing and other times just normal headaches....

I got checked out the same year and they said everything was good. They even checked my heart because back in the day I had heart burn alot and stuff for other conditions.I really liked the service they gave me....I was only 8 afterall....but yep for such a young child I had alot of stuff bothering me....

Then I started to grow tall alot more and by middle school I basicly gained the body I have today some 5 to 3 years ago....I'm 6'5....Well I started having headaches after about 13 alot more often....Then I started getting migrains by about 14...I always have something wrong with my head....yep I even get those sinus headaches from time to time and you will never see me at ST ever on those days.....but yeah I get headaches if I get less then 5 hours of sleep....I can go awhile without eating, but I always try to have a huge dinner....I normally eat lunch....

But I changed the way I live and I hold my own cure.I loved the way everything was,but my hunger grew.I eat,but sometimes after that I even got headaches....

Well I went to the Doctor about my stomach and also I went for my head not long ago......He says I have a lot of acid in my stomach and such....but notting much was wrong with my head.So I'm clueless to why I have such headaches and migrains...I think its stress in the RL...which may explain the acid in my stomach...who knows...

but atleast I think I can get rid of them sometimes...44.gif

Hmm...story for this:

I work as a cashier and server at a restaurant. One Sunday morning, I was counting bills when I began to feel a little uneasy. By 10 AM I have this huge throbbing headache. The customers are beginning to stare at me a little bit, because by 11 my performance was really beginning to suffer. It feels like a hammer has been taken to the back of my head, and the regulars are asking if I'm all right. I finished my shift at noon, grabbed my jacket, and I waited near the front door for a friend who was s'posed to pick me up that day. The last thing I remembered was that the person who came to take over for me was concerned because [she's] never seen [me] like that before and I was walking out. My mind went blank after that.

The next thing I knew it was 3 PM. I was so focused on that headache, I slipped on a slick spot and my head slammed into the floor. Knocked me right out, with a nice gash to the back of my head. From what I was told, it made quite a scene at work.

I used to get migranes so bad that it affected my vision and hearing.  Went to see a doctor and he couldn't find anything wrong, even with a CAT scan.  Fortunately, he did figure out how to solve the problem.  Moral of the story - Go see your doctor if you are gettin frequent headaches.

Otherwise, I usually only get them once or twice a month at the very maximum.  Can't remember when the last time I had a migraine was though, I still remember the pain from it.45.gif

Until I was four (I think I was four) I used to get headaches everyday.  As I got older, the headaches became less frequent, but they were still pretty much an everyday occurrance.  Once I hit 13 or 14, the headaches became less frequent and now the headaches I get are primarily from things like excessive hunger (if I go 8+ hours without eating, I get a headache from low blood sugar), stress, extremes of environment (like super-bright lights), or other assorted once-in-a-while problems.

Also, I can't take ginko (my mother would like me to as it boosts blood-flow to the brain by thinning the blood).  She had me take ginko for about a month once, and every day I suffered from a massive headache.  Found out later that my problems with headaches were likely caused by excessive blood flow to the brain cells that process pain.  The high blood flow meant that the cells were unusually healthy, and as such, they picked up on pain impulses that they normally wouldn't process.  Had the blood flow been lower, the cells would have ignored many of the pain signals that they had been picking up; their oxygen-deprived state would have meant that the cells would have had to choose between doing their job or dying do to lack of food and oxygen.

The last time I had a headache that I can remember is when I got some sort of stomach bug and threw up several times.
