The issue I have been having is finding the right directory! Is there anyone out there who knows where to find the folder on a mac?

Does the Project Orion Mod work for the Mac version? If so, how do you install it?

Interesting, so then, does this mean I need it to be a BMP, and not a JPEG? And how do I find this .appstore folder?

I've found a bunch of map installation threads for Mac, but none which seem to help my situation. I have OSX Yosemite, and the App Store version of SC4. I want to install custom maps but have been struggling. I tried that SC4 Mapper software, but it just will not work when I try to install it. So I went with the grayscale map option. When I load SC4, and press Ctrl, Shift, Alt, and R, I get that elusive menu for finding files, but it's blank, with an inability to find files. I think the screenshot is attached! I read somewhere that one should try converting the JPEG to BMP. That I have found to be seemingly impossible on Yosemite, much to my frustration (not even Preview will do it, and I even tried the pressing 'command' trick on the file converter. Didn't work). I have also tried typing the file path into the box on SC4, but that yields no results. So the big question is, is there any way I can successfully install a custom map onto this version of the game?

Here's a system I'm working on for my city Idaho, which is a border city in an English speaking country to a country that is Germanic speaking. I've modelled the colouring and line style it partly on the Toronto subway system.

This is a rail map of my region Saåbland-Pfalz. It is a Gemanic/Norskesque region with three main cities; Vønk, Aåmpelnstaåt, and Doonschanden.

Every now and again I will be playing on a city, and thens when I go back to the Neighbourhood Screen, the city has disappeared leaving a blank square un-landscaped, forcing me to start it again. How do I prevent this from happening, and if it does happen again, is there a way to recover the lost city; or is there perhaps an easy way I can back up my cities? thanks. P.S: These are the items I have from the STEX: I have the latest NAM (I think without the update), the gentle slope mod for railways, and a commuter station.

I have been trying to change the config on my regions so I am not stuck with the default city size layout when I create a new region, yet when I put a new config in either the game crashes, or the region shows no cities at all. I have been using the Mac version of Paintbrush and saving the files as config.bmp (replacing the existing one in the region folder)

Websites such as www.tvnow.org exist for downloading tv programmes. I'm interested to know what the legality is on them, and whether or not they kill computers like kazaa did to my old computer. The reason I ask is I want to buy the latest episodes of season 2 of lost, but I am unable to get them from itunes as I don't live in the US. Also, if someone knows of a website selling the episodes and doesn't have nationality restrictions I would love to know it as I am going out of my mind having seen only the first ten episodes of the new series!
