Colossus Addon Mod Ordinances - Development and Support

This thread is dedicated to the support and development of Colossus Addon Mod Ordinances. This mod introduces both an improved Maxis Ordinances and introduces new Ordinances. The Readme file contains all the new ordinances and their effects with bonuses and maluses

For example

Ordinance Name: Internet Efficiency
Short Description: With this ordinance you improve the commercial service of city offices and increase the happiness of residents but heavy industries are unhappy about the lack of low-skilled labor
Positive Effects: CS$ Demand +10 - CS$$ Demand +10 - CS$$$ Demand +10 - CO$$ Demand +25 - CO$$$ Demand +25 - Mayor Rating + 15
Negative Effects: I-D Demand -15

The most voted ordinances will end up in the CAM Ordiannce Mod

This looks great!  One question: are these mods necessary for CAM?  I mean, is it possible for a version of these ordinances to be made for a non-CAM game?

From the mod description, the mod can be used for both CAM and non-CAM games:

The mod is compatible for both CAM and Non CAM players.

Same with CAM Modpack Zero which will be available to all users both CAM and Non CAM

I am working on a kind of CAM Lite where there are the important additions without the RCI simulator but for sure it will be a much further work in the future or if someone is working on some kind of SPAM improvement I am happy to help him in incoporating the latest CAM changes in the SPAM mod
