Issue with Manuel-Ito's Maxis renewal pack

@Manuel-ito I really love this mod because it improves the Maxis parks and civic/utility buildings and makes them blend with the custom content, but there seems to be an issue with missing textures despite having downloaded all dependencies. And as far as I know, the missing textures are the default Maxis textures, and it's driving me crazy! I don't know what I did wrong....

Not sure, but may be SCILT related since its listed on the file description

That mod is sidewalk-texture related and it wasn't reuploaded yet on the new site

I had the same issue, in particular, when using this mod and Paeng's sidewalk mod. I solved it my switching to a different sidewalk mod which included textures to replace the default Maxis base texture.
