Trouble Loading DLLs

Hi, it's been a while since I've posted on these forums (15+ years?). The new dll mods look amazing, especially the camera and growify mods. But, I can't seem to get them to work. I'm pretty sure the .dlls aren't loading at all. The Buggi cheats and SC4Fix load and work fine, but the camera mod, SC4Growify, SC4Autosave, SC4DisableDemolitionAnimation, SC4DisableLotPlopSmoke don't do anything and don't write log files, which I'm guessing means they aren't loading.

Does anyone know if there is something I could be overlooking, or is there a reason why SC4Fix and the Buggi cheats load but the other ones don't?

My SimCity version is 1.1.641.0 (from GOG). I'm running a pretty standard, ordinary Windows 10 machine. All .dll files are in the install plugins (C:\Maxis\Plugins\  in my case). I'm normally using dxwrapper, but I removed it and all other .dlls, so there were no other .dlls in either of my plugins or Apps folders which could conflict with these files, and it made no difference.

Anyway, keep up the great work. It's looking like the game is really evolving.

The most likely cause is that your machine doesn't have the Microsoft Visual C++ 2022 x86 Redistribute installed. In that case the OS would refuse to load the DLL due to a missing dependency, which the game treats as a silent failure.

EDIT: just to confirm: this was in fact the issue. With the Visual C++ redistributable installed, everything is working great. Thanks again, Null 45!
