So I own a copy of Streets of SimCity

Quote

Streets of SimCity is a racing and vehicular combat 3D computer game published by Maxis and Electronic Arts in November 1997. The game features the ability to visit any city created in SimCity 2000, as well as a network mode

It has 53 SC2 cities included in the game, I know you can import SC2 cities into "streets", but not quite sure if its possible to load a "street" city into SC2, in case it is am attaching a zip file into this post .... I make no guarantee that these cities will work in SC2 or even look ok if you can upload them

I also own a copy of the game (it's fun for what it is). You know, I never once thought about trying to load SoSC cities in SC2K... I'll have to give that a go sometime soon. Same with the SimCopter cities (which I also own and enjoy).

Once you play with NAM installed, one simply cannot go back!

I'm waiting for the day when someone makes a Faber College lot for SimCity 4

Please go and vote on GOG to have SOSC added to their collection.  We are in progress of voting to have SOSC rendered and sold as a GOG game. It will have to be updated for recent Windows OS.

This is a fan site with files including a link to the patch for Windows.

The game can be found on MyAbandonware and several other old games sites, and on The Internet Archive, but I'm not including direct links to any of them or to the patch because of any potential legal issues.

Here is MyAbandonware's disclaimer on downloading Abandonware.

Is it free? Is it legal?

"We allow you to download old games for free, but we do not take any responsibility for downloads considered illegal in your country. Please try to buy the game first: GOG.com, Steam, Amazon or eBay may be selling your game."
