Here we have a bug. Even if you connect the pipe, the water will not go. I must connect with the other building

For the pump I do not know what causes the bug but surely I can tell you that you are using Legacy components of NAM that cause abnormal behavior with the automata.

I recommend that you update NAM to the latest version available and no longer use legacy components

Honestly I am struggling to see what the problems are. It would be much easier if you switched to day mode before taking screenshots like this.

Head over to my Lot and Mod Shack to keep abreast of my latest developments.

Do you like custom textures, but don't like all the work involved creating them?, take a look at the Texture Automation options here. Change the look and feel of your transit networks, with the minimum of effort, for example customised versions of my Sidewalk NAM (SWN) and Terrain Grass NAM (TGN) mods, and much more besides.

New to the NAM? Check out my tutorials on YouTube. Latest upload: How to: RHW - MHO Roundabout Interchanges. (Nov 25).

As for #2, I believe this is a natural behavior. After all, a truck will spawn at a spot near the building's anchor, so the location looks pretty normal to me...

If you mean the truck disappears from the view too quickly, you may want to change the NAM automata preset so that the vehicles remain visible for a longer time. There are also some very effective external mods that do just that.

yeah, with the first one, you've simply got to connect to wherever the initial pipe is, and it'll water your city as needed. Kind of annoying imo, but, I get it, there's only 1 connection for things, vs what we got in SC2K and SC3K.

As for the second, I agree, upgrade the NAM, it's pretty easy now after they updated the installer. So, you'd need java to install it, but, it's not so bad cause you can select the components you want and enjoy, and not have any issues. Plus you'll get tons of new features such as newer draggable networks.

I also agree, that daytime images would be better, as it's hard to tell what's going on in the 2nd pic. And, if I'm understanding your comment on it, the buildings simply spawn vehicles nearest the buildings, and that's dependent on the direction it faces. So, if the lot was 4x4, and was surrounded on all 4 sides with road/street, it'll spawn the trucks on the side that's "facing" the road. So, if you go into zone view, I believe it'll show you the building's facing with some arrows. It makes the programming easier when doing stuff like that, and you won't get such weird bugs from it spawning around the outside of the building.
