I'll briefly demonstrate two possibilities.  On the left, I've drawn the pattern for the Draggable Ramp Interface (DRI) and on the right I've plopped the equivalent FlexRamp Type A1 ramp.  Both are equally useful and it often comes down to personal preference.

1.)

2.) Completing the pattern creates the base A1 ramp which is RHW-2.

3.) extending the RHW into RHW-8C converts the ramp into the 8C version of the ramp.

4.) The FlexRamp does the exact same thing on the other side.

    perfect thanks.

i understand that for made a intersection between 2 highway like + i need to made some curve ramps and 2 line of highway, one of 2 level and one 3 level or 1 level and 2 level i not remember...

i found the high ramp from ground level 0 to level 1 but not the other...

    any advice for that?

    thanks

    EDIT:

sorry is explained in the video posted before at minute 27:00 around.

now i have the problem of how made a bridge...

and made ramps between the two highway that cross like a + for made the two directions,  the two line are of different level.. then i need maybe curve ramps? from example level 1 to 2 ?

RHW vs Maxis Highway.  If Maxis Hwy is getting it done, is there any reason to use RHW?  Sometimes you just don't need special ramps.  Are the capacities/costs the same?  One thing I haven't done yet is make a 6 or 8 lane highway - that'll be useful in one of my cities.

If your goal is to go for convenience and compactness above all else, you should go with the Maxis Highway, Keep in mind that you'll be limited by the selection of pre-fabricated interchanges and puzzle piece ramps. Lots of players go this route, and it's perfectly fine.

If you do opt for using the RealHighway, it's more appropriate if you value versatility and the freedom of doing your desired designs.

In terms of how their traffic behavior differs:

    • Base capacities are different. The Maxis Highway has 25% more capacity per tile compared to the plain RealHighway (think RHW-2, RHW-4 and MIS ramps), but if you opt for a compact 6-lane configuration (default Maxis Highway or RHW-6S), the capacities are the same, due to the capacity boosting method applied to certain RHW widths.
    • RealHighway lacks a defined maintenance cost in-game, that's more of a bug we haven't been able to fix, as that's only doable through game engine and DLL modding. Not really realistic, but could prove useful if you actually want the cost savings.
    • Maxis Highway isn't affected by intersection approach congestion at crossings and overpasses, while certain parts of the RealHighway are. This is somewhat inevitable because the RealHighway's base network, the Dirt Road, is supposed to behave like a surface road, rather than a rail line or a freeway.

In terms of their construction differences:

    • Maxis highway is quite compact, and if compared to the general size of the other networks, it's actually undersized. This can make it convenient to use if you're averse to tearing down your neighborhoods to fit MHW, but it's not really gonna cater to a realistic scale. Conversely, RealHighway is much larger in terms of footprint, so it's more appropriate if you either build it before development, or if you're not afraid of tearing down stuff to make room for it. It can be made more compact with enough practice and patience.
    • Maxis Highway mainly uses pre-fabricated interchanges and auto-placed interchanges for certain network crossing configurations. If you plan your space and construction process right, it more or less builds up on its own. Meanwhile, the RealHighway is slowly getting options to approximate these pre-fabricated configurations, first reaching the public with NAM 45 with the debut of the QuickChange Express (QCX) options. These are still rather limited to a set of diamond interchanges, so it's not yet ready (but is planned) to build system (freeway-to-freeway) interchanges.

In terms of cosmetic modding options:

    • Cosmetic mods for the RealHighway are few, and tend to have limited coverage. They were made by authors who have long since been inactive, and thus the cosmetic options haven't expanded the support to match the growth of the network's features.
    • Cosmetic mods for Maxis Highway are more abundant, and since the network hasn't changed much, they support is universal or near-universal for the network. It still takes a while to search for them and setting them up properly.

If you're undecided, and your computer can handle it (generally yes, but some minimal hardware options can't), I do recommend installing both. Use Maxis Highway in the short-term to build in your current regions, but don't hesitate to use laboratory or sandbox regions to experiment and grasp the basics of the RealHighway. Once you learn sufficiently, you might change your mind between sticking with one option and ignoring the other.
