Where to download SC4 Mapper?

Hi, does anyone know where to download SC4 Mapper?

All I can find is a link to SC4D LEX site which is not assesible for some reason.  It kept telling me issues with proxy but I don't have anything turned on.

So I'm looking elsewhere to download the file directly.

If anyone knows please let me know.

Better stick to SC4D to avoid unpleasant surprises like extra bytes attached to your download...

The site seems to indeed be temporarily down.

The "SimCity 4" vanilla Opera House is the most evil thing in existence. Avoid.

You might have to join Devotion for downloads, but it's worth it to have access to other files.
