How do I change an already created BAT?

How do I change an already created BAT/Building that is Growable Only into a Ploppable with Jobs?  And Save?  Can I do this easily without re-rendering the building?

What Program do I use to do this with?  Not using the plop cheat.  I'd like to learn how to edit the building's properties just in case I want to make a Library into a Museum, or a Res$$ into a Res$$$, or Res$$ into a Commerical$$.

I searched on how to do this, but nothing came up.  Thank you so much!

Yes, you can do that without re-rendering the building. Although you could change some of these properties using the Plugin Manager, from Maxis, it won't allow you to create ploppable with jobs. To do that you will need SC4PIM, available here. I've been using it and it's great. The user guide is linked in the description section.
