Intersections between network types

Is there a better way to do this intersection?  I really like the narrow 4-lane roads, but having issues with intersections to other network types.  This works functionally, just looks poor graphically, and my OCD messes with me too much sometimes...

At present, none of the Flexible Turn Lane configurations available with NAM 44 support NRD-4. You'd need to transition from NRD-4 to the FTL-110 if you intend to use this crossing, or alternatively (if space available, or eviction acceptable), transition to RD-4 for both halves, which does have some FTL support (FTL-120). FTL support does exit for other single tile NWMs, including AVE-2, TLA-3 and ARD-3. Those have the same capacity boost as NRD-4, so functionally they won't be a sacrifice compared to NRD-4.

I will note, we are looking to expand the intersection support capabilities for the FTLs, and FTL x NRD-4 intersections are definitely on the list.
