SimCity 2013 in 64 bit?

Since I broke my previous computer, I use a Macbook Pro under Catalina (terrible for games I know), the problem is that I can't run 32bits games anymore and of course SimCity (2013) is a 32bits game

So

Is there any way to play in 64bits?

I'm not a Mac expert nor even a Mac user. However, from the posts I've read with regard to SimCity 4 and the 64 bit Mac OS, it would need them to re-release SimCity (2013) in 64 bit in order for the game to run natively. My guess is that's not likely to happen considering 2013 was a dismal flop overall.

Easiest way would probably be to use Parallels Desktop to create a 32-bit virtual machine that you can install the game into. This will mean taking a hit in the performance stakes as the computer will now have to simulate the old OS as well as run the game. Given the game is 8 years old it should at least be playable in terms of speed but don't hold me to that as i don't have mac system here to test. You will need a copy of the older mac os to make this work. If you need help setting up let me know.
