How to make seamless Diagonal NWM Connection?

According to the doc, yes NWM (and with some tricks in the other city, diagonally) can be used with neighbor connection, but congestion will be happening. The workaround is to use RHW. But, RHW doesn't have diagonal NC piece AFAIK. So, how to build seamless diagonal NWM connection? Ofc, fillers will be used instead of growables if any.

If you've found a trick to make diagonal NWM connections work, that is a totally unsupported feature, so you have to consider it a bonus. Certainly those networks that use Shared-Tile diagonal setups, which even the Maxis Avenues do, are not going to have the same capacity as those which do not. So the solution is obvious, use a network that doesn't use Shared-Tiles. Although honestly a bit of congestion doesn't really cause problems with the game or prevent sims using it, personally it never bothered me as an issue.

Or maybe, I can use secret subway service to actually transport the vehicle instead of RHW. The diagonal is still there and maybe using just NWM but the functionality is handled by subway system.
